Real estate records are not always reliable and there are several default dates used when the build year is unknown, so some judgment is exercised in order to filter out inaccurate information.
Building names are usually given as the historical name, if one is known, sometimes with a current tenant in parentheses. If no historical name or tenant is known for a vacant building, then the address may be given. Future research on these buildings will provide more consistent naming patterns.
