House Histories, Building Research Services, Partnerships – Dayton, Ohio Area

I offer Dayton, Ohio-area historical research services such as house and building histories as well as social media and content collaborations.

My in-depth knowledge of Dayton history resources coupled with my master’s in library and information science and 10+ years experience as an academic librarian allows me to answer your questions and uncover the stories you are interested in.

For my research I utilize a wide variety of sources including deeds, other city and county records, historic maps, newspaper archives, neighborhood histories, and book sources from my personal collection as well as libraries across the state.

Each project is customized to fit your goals. Whether you’re looking for a general timeline, or a professionally designed report, I’ll work with you to create a final product that meets your needs.

I’ve worked with historic homeowners, real estate agents, and individuals working on historic nominations and tax credit applications. Just reach out for more information.
