New Salon Opens at the Dayton Arcade in Downtown Dayton

June 7, 2026 By Andrew Walsh Leave a Comment

Owner Tiffany Goins speaks at the ribbon cutting for Tiffany’s on Third

A new business opened its doors in the North Arcade retail spaces this First Friday: Tiffany’s on Third, a salon offering a variety of quick high-end beauty services.

Described as a boutique dry bar, the business is owned by Tiffany Goins, a longtime beauty industry professional. Services include blowouts, express facials, makeup, nail services, and more including women’s and men’s haircuts.

The North Arcade retail storefronts occupy the ground floor of the Third Street Building, one of nine interconnected structures that make up the Dayton Arcade complex.

The walkway along the Third Street Building has been turned back into small retail storefronts as part of the Dayton Arcade’s second phase of redevelopment, a $162 million overall project that has brought apartments, a hotel, restaurants, and now retail to a space dating back to 1904 that had been abandoned for decades.

With plenty of great food and drink purveyors already in the Arcade, it’s exciting to see this type of service business joining the mix.

Other shops already open in the North Arcade include Smales Pretzel Bakery, Luke’s Custom Cakes, Maria’s at the Market, and Pink Moon Goods. Restaurants in the South Arcade (the buildings on Fourth and Ludlow Streets) include Lucho, Table 33, and the 6888 Kitchen Incubator.

Tiffany’s on Third, with its space fronting West Third Street, will also help activate that block and allow passersby to see this new life in what had long been vacant and shuttered.
