Grant-Deneau Tower
The Deneau Tower, also known as the Grant-Deneau Tower and 40 W 4th St, is a 22-story office tower in Downtown Dayton built in 1969. When it was completed it was the tallest building in Dayton, but it was soon surpassed by the Stratacache (Kettering, Winters Bank) Tower.

A mixed-use redevelopment project by the Windsor Companies is scheduled to open soon with residential, office, and retail.
