Since 2018 I have given a wide variety of talks and presentations relating to my research on Dayton history and urban redevelopment.
I’ve been an invited or keynote speaker for Heritage Ohio, PechaKucha Dayton, the Dayton Bar Association, and many other organizations. I’ve appeared on WYSO’s Book Nook, WMKV, Fox45, and several local podcasts and film projects.
I schedule public presentations at local libraries, historical societies, and other venues.
I am also available to speak at your event or for your company or other private group.
My past talks have focused on downtown history, Dayton neighborhoods, industrial history, Dayton’s architecture, historic preservation, urban planning, retail history, sports history, the Great Flood of 1913, and more, and I always strive to connect the past to current issues and events.
I can customize a talk based on the sites and themes of greatest interest to your specific audience.
To discuss a future presentation, feel free to reach out via my contact form or through any of my social media channels.
